I realize this may stir the pot, and it’s just a personal opinion, but what are your thoughts?
At the end of the day, maybe yoga doesn’t need more separation, more labels, or more levels. Maybe it just needs more honesty, more listening, and more people willing to begin exactly where they are.

Save this 5 minute spine routine 🧬
Your spine is like a sponge.
It needs to rinse, squeeze, and soak.
Twist it. Lengthen it. Compress it. Decompress it.
Movement is how the spine breathes.
This adjustment changed the game! Try it out if you struggle with bringing your elbows in. Trying to fly like @davidswensonashtanga
