“Kendall Ramirez’s every gesture explodes with feeling, their facial expressions delicate and subtle, yet eminently readable,” writes
@cbondperry . “Since 2022, when Ramirez earned a BFA in contemporary dance from
@uncsa , their boundary-pushing curiosity has led them to
@daniswatziee ,
@annalee_traylor , and
@gstaib , Atlanta-based choreographers whose processes allow them to safely explore physical, emotional, and performative extremes. Ramirez brings those experiences to their own creative work: They’re currently developing a solo dealing with grief and absurdity, inspired by their family’s struggle to cope with Ramirez’s father’s Alzheimer’s.”
Catch Ramirez in action on Monday, April 28, at 7 pm at 25 To Watch Live at New York City’s

Description: A series of clips of Kendall Ramirez dancing onstage in a blue jumper, in an artists’ gathering space, and in a softly lit dance studio. They bend and crouches, weave their arms, and clock the camera at one instance.
