Before the ending. After the rain. Sunlight. I push the door open. Julianne waves to me. Awwwwuu—— a rainbow. Faintly, the rainbow’s end is right in front of us. Every time I see a rainbow, I wonder— does its end exist? It does. Appearing so casually. Like children, singing to nature beneath the rainbow. #nature #serendipity #playlikeachild

hello world wide wizards, portal bodies, our six week series starts this coming monday, september 8th! we are hyped to dive back in and share what is alive in our research, here is a peek: some interests— autonomy and expansion within tuning, systems of mutual support, softening into falling, rolling technique, active basing, precarious perches, patience, redirecting impact, committing to the unknown, take downs, using feet like hands, spherical space… additional areas of research— the physical intelligence of the animal body, dancing the forces larger than us to radicalize and soften the edges of our choice making, grazing, exercising belonging [that does not equate to ownership], tremendous acts of shared attention, getting bigger, wider, huge DM to register ~ come for the whole series, a mix of sessions, or drop-in !

So many questions!!!! These are a few I’ve been curious about lately— SUPPLE SPIRAL begins this Monday evening (5/12) if you want to be in the question with us🌊 Email [email protected] to join! 1. How are spirals functional? 2. How can we release more, soften more, fall more, to give more of ourselves to the dance? 3. How far can we push the strength and exertion of our bodies? 4. What are the conditions necessary for play to happen? For failure to become pleasurable? 5. How can we create spaces aimed towards connection, care, safety, solidarity, freedom?
