I replaced my profile photo this week. The old one was about 10 years old. Somewhere along the way, I stopped wanting to be seen. Funny, considering what I do for a living. I spend my days helping people show up with clarity and confidence in front of the camera. And yet, when it came to myself, I hesitated. The image is not about getting a nice photo. It was about alignment. How you show up visually matters. Not because of vanity, but because perception shapes trust before a single word is spoken. Most people do not need better photos. They need alignment between perception and the level they operate at. That is the work I do. And truly… she’s been such a gift to have here. Thoughtful. Reliable. Confident. Creative. Calm under pressure. The kind of person who notices what needs to be done before you even ask. Watching someone so early in their career show up with this kind of care and professionalism feels really special. There’s something beautiful about seeing someone at the beginning of their creative journey, learning the craft while already bringing so much of themselves into it.
