Hiking Mt Rainier Elopement day 1 + Sea Plane adventure in the North Cascades Day 2 that included flying to an alpine lake, hiking, picnic, canoeing, flying home at sunset and a dinner with a private chef!!
Now tell me - doesn’t that sound INCREDIBLE!? I love when couples see their wedding day as an opportunity to dream BIG!! A+Z said they wanted to dream big and I shared some rad ideas and I’m so glad they were on board!!
I’m still taking a couple PNW elopements and now is the perfect time to start planning for late summer / Fall 2026!

You’re just getting started on this little adventure.
But I can’t help but look at you and imagine all the things you will do and the people you will meet along the way.
There will be people who try to name you before you have the language to name yourself. They will offer you small cages dressed up as compliments.
You’re going to meet people who talk fast and smile without their eyes.
You will feel it in your body first. The tight throat. The hot cheeks. The urge to nod even when you do not agree.
Sweet daughter, please remember this.
Your worth was already there before anyone praised you. Before anyone tried to shape you into something easy to understand.
You don’t need to do more. You don’t need to be more.
You can spill juice on the table and watch it run toward the edge. You can get something wrong and feel your face go hot. You can change your mind halfway through and start over.
You can be loud when your body is flooded with joy.
Keep close the ones who stay when you take a deep breath.
The ones who watch you hand the last piece away without making a show of it. The ones who see you dig your heels in when something matters and don’t laugh.
The ones who stay kind when nothing is being earned. The ones who protect what is tender in you.
The ones who see your heart and do not treat it as something to be conquered.
And if you choose it, there will be a day you step into a wedding dress.
I will be sitting nearby. My hands will be clasped because I won’t know what else to do with them.
I will watch you stand in front of the mirror, breathing, making small careful adjustments.
I will remember you in your pink dress, turning in circles until you got dizzy, then stopping to find me with your eyes. And I will smile. Because I know you. Because I trust you.
