An entire room full of people singing (every word) of Beatles music and dancing (every step) together is the greatest gift I could receive during these seemingly uncertain times, and I feel so honored to be able to witness and experience it year after year with you all. 🖤 Surely this was what John was imagining for us when he asked us to give peace a chance and to shine on. It’s unmatched pure Joy, really. It may seem transitory at times, but we can have it if we want it. We’ll prove it tonight and then call on it again when we need it… because, why not? It’s up to you… Yeah YOU!

I woke up with my face hurting from how much smiling and laughing I did over this past week. When people ask why I choose to live and own a business in my hometown that I grew up in, with all of the places that I’ve lived and traveled to… it’s hard to answer. It’s hard to answers because this incredibly magical feeling is difficult to put into words. Fitchburg has my heart.. the little underdog that keeps on rising because of the light and spirit that so many of us carry, despite all of its grit. I dig the grit. I’m glad I’m not in some gentrified, bull shit, prefabricated, white-washed soulless city where everything is just handed to you on a silver platter. To be working hard here supporting this community and them reciprocating all of that love and support right back is so much more meaningful than doing it somewhere else. It’s my pleasure to serve you all. My heart is full of unspeakable gratitude. 💛
To my classmates that I don’t always get to see… 20 years later and Damn we lookin’ good! 😅 You all have such a special place in my heart. What a turn out. Sorry some of you missed the photo, but let’s keep it rolling! Last night we were thick as thieves! It was as much fun as that party freshman year… next year we’ll have the hot tub on the patio. 😂
