𝘱𝘰𝘰𝘭𝘩𝘰𝘢𝘴𝘦 Britt, MN. Built by HNH. Design and photos by 𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱. Inside, it is pink zellige on pink coven wallpaper, and color-matched pink ceilings. This saccharine cult of pink is only broken up by the sauna and soaking tub which are more subdued, raw cedar and charcoal cedar.

𝘱𝘰𝘰𝘭𝘩𝘰𝘢𝘴𝘦 Britt, MN. Built by HNH. Design and photos by 𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱. This custom sauna was conceived as a charcoal interior (simulating the exterior siding being brought in) and raw cedar benches. This coven-inspired bathhouse repurposed a dilapidated shed and garage- rebuilt and bewitched.

𝘱𝘰𝘰𝘭𝘩𝘰𝘢𝘴𝘦 Britt, MN. Built by HNH. Design and photos by 𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱. This coven-inspired bathhouse repurposed a dilapidated shed and garage– rebuilt and bewitched. Located north of Virginia, MN in a wooded compound of outbuildings that overlook an oxbow wetland, this small project was a full renovation. The siding is thermally modified, milled, and finished in Duluth, MN by @greatlakeswoodco The trim in white reinterprets a Ricardo Bofil aesthetic that pairs well with the scalloped stainless steel awning (custom designed by keep and fabricated in Minneapolis) along with the white orb sconces.

𝘫𝘒𝘲𝘢𝘦𝘴 @midmodmnlakehouse Day-lit and sun kissed- the orientation and views of this home are unmatched. Absolutely worth a visit. Huge thanks to our build partners Edwards La Plant for their renovation and preservation.

𝘫𝘒𝘲𝘢𝘦𝘴 @midmodmnlakehouse The first round of renovations to this 1955 lake home saw a total reconstruction of the lower level and some necessary updates to key areas throughout the home. The original design of this Jyring & Whiteman home features a solid wood floating staircase that was missing guard rail panels which we simulated and seamlessly matched for safety.

𝘫𝘒𝘲𝘢𝘦𝘴 @midmodmnlakehouse We had a chance to stay in this cabin a few weeks ago and it was such a pleasure to spend a weekend in a space we were lucky enough to refresh for its next chapter. Located in Grand Rapids, MN, the cabin sits on a nearly private lake. Moments like this dual floor fireplace volume is constructed of Mesabi Red stone masonry. The entire design is a tribute to the lake country from the iron range to the arrowhead and all of the portages in between.

Moona Moono was created as a hub for IRL connection and discovery (have you seen their February event lineup?!), and there is no better example of their role in our community than @moona.moono and @beyondbeurreblanc ’s recent food drive, which provided over 25,000 meals to neighbors in need. For Issue 02 of Collective Magazine, we stepped inside Moona Moono with founder Angie Lee and @keep.archi , who collaborated to create a space that connects the traditions and trends of Asian culture to a community of locals hungry to discover something new. Visit our link in bio to read the full feature! 🩡
