Some realizations and things I learned this year.
This year taught me that doing good work isn’t just about the final frames.
But having strong communication, reputation, story, and preparation allows you to have great collaborations.
The more sets I step onto, the more I realize that the best work happens when everyone understands the intent, feels supported, and has a clear plan so creativity can actually breathe.
Still learning. Still refining.
Onward to making the next year stronger than the last.
