Thank you @creativepinellas for awarding me the $10,000 Beyond Placemaking grant. Film Club was one of the many ideas I put on @blackonthescene vision board in 2020. Little did I know, 4 years later, I’d actually be bringing it to life. This journey continues to teach me to be patient. That in the midst of “waiting” God is always preparing me for what I’ve been praying for or even something better. And when the better comes, God is right there, leading the way! Thank you to everyone who’s been supporting #BOTS over the years. Everything’s coming together❤️🎬 Photography by @elanvitalvisuals 📸💕 #BlackCinema #FilmClub #Grant #Community #StPete

Film and television have always been powerful tools, teaching us about culture, history, and who we are. Over the years, our founder @tamiak has put that belief into action, creating programs, telling stories, and building community through film. HUE Avenue is an extension of that vision. A space for creators, film lovers, and the community to come together and grow through storytelling. 🎬 Up next: Film Club 2026 🍿 🎥 @dwayneclarkjr

Bringing in my 29th birthday a week after celebrating my 10 year reunion is such a moment🥰 I might be owed a back and foot rub for all the work it took to plan it, but it was worth it! Huge thank you to our amazing women led planning committee, sponsors, donors, my family, Lakewood, and COPA for making this happen! Stay tuned for the launch of our Spartan Legacy Scholarship Fund! And oh yeah. Happy Birthday To Me!🦂❤️🎂

Still on a high from my first CBCF ALC Conference! Being in the room with some of the most profound leaders pushing the Black agenda was truly affirming. I’m beyond motivated for the future and look forward to making an even greater impact in my community. Big S/O to my bestie for making this experience unforgettable. We really had a time! ❤️🙌🏿 #MadeForThisMoment #CBCF#BlackOnTheScene #HueAvenueInc
