Open Floorwork class and Wellness Session with Crash Artistic Director @kcbevis and guest @groundedintention this Monday 4/6! Open class with KC will explore body mechanics and movement efficiency through techniques such as rolling, folding, sliding, and weight transfer, deepening students’ understanding of movement, momentum, and control. Attendees will develop comfort and confidence transitioning between levels and gain tools to continue progressing beyond class. After class, Jess Morales will host a special wellness session where attendees will explore guided movement and release work, build body awareness, explore new neuromuscular connections, and feel where unnecessary tension can let go. This work is meant to complement your training, offering a different entry point into movement that supports longevity, coordination, and a deeper sense of connection in the body.
