Never did I imagine attending a swelling, stunning, full body tingling, sonically energizing sound bath in a nightclub anywhere, but it happened, in @potatoheadbali ās magically lit Klymax, and it was absolutely 1000% incredible.

Now vs. then. Itās amazing how 10 years changes things, both people and environments. In 2016 I yoga posed on this flat-topped rock at Nyang Nyang beach, and while Iām definitely not nearly as flexible, itās still there and Iām still excited to climb up despite there being far more people on the previously once-deserted sand these days.

Happy Motherās Day to all the mamas and mama figures out there whose hearts are walking around outside their bodies. From the time I was Indahās age anytime someone asked what I wanted to be it was āmommy and ________.ā I wasnāt shy about telling Keith on our very first date that I wanted two kids. It turns out little me was smart. Indah and Mira are the most exceptional people Iāve ever met and give us infinite joy and love and discovery and laughter. I wouldnāt ever want to know life without my two magical little forever besties.
I dove fully into naturopathy at @fsmaldives at Kuda Huraa and left with exacting recommendations that I canāt wait to implement at home, not to mention so much inspiration for living in balance. Story coming soon in the next issue of @travelandleisureasia !

I am so grateful for some recent assignment trips that have gotten me back on the waves. Iām embarrassed by how little Iāve surfed these last few years for someone who lives less than a mile from her favorite break. But kids! And work! And life! None of them are conducive, it seems. And I havenāt prioritized surfing, even though I love the feeling of flying on water and get a deep sense of grounding and peace from floating on the undulating saltwater waiting for the right time. These recent outings have been a wonderful reconnection with my favorite hobby and I treasured every ride. @fsmaldives@tropicsurf
