At the #jrecongress2026 in Cologne, I spoke—in my role as JRE International Vice President—about the meaning and relevance of “Signature Hospitality.”
To me, it’s clear: it’s time for the industry not only to celebrate itself, but to face the uncomfortable questions. Questions about mindset, visibility, responsibility—and how we treat the people who shape this field.
What I mean by “Signature Hospitality,” and why I believe we need a more conscious and defined understanding of it, is something you can explore in the reel.

Beim JRE-Kongress in Köln habe ich – in meiner Rolle als JRE International Vizepräsidentin – über die Bedeutung von „Signature Hospitality“ gesprochen.
Für mich ist klar: Es ist an der Zeit, der Gastronomie nicht nur Applaus zu spenden, sondern auch die unbequemen Fragen zu stellen. Fragen nach Haltung, Sichtbarkeit, Verantwortung – und danach, wie wir als Branche mit den Menschen umgehen, die sie prägen.
