Choreo block for @thinkcircus Improvers hoop was a dream to make and teach, and just look at us smashing it at the last class! We even coordinated outfits without communicating... what a team. I've missed teaching hoop so much and this year has been so joyous since getting back to it.

Putting on a mini kids festival at our little paradise home yesterday was an absolute delight. Hen feeding, circus skills, giant bubbles, bunny watching and cold tub were all on the menu. Lots of our friends with kids made it along, and we met some new neighbour friends too. Including discovering that one of neighbours brews his own wine with grapes from Costa del Glasgow and it's delicious!
Would repeat it!
Little hoop time prepping for beginners hoop class. It's such a joy to be teaching again and as usual all the participants are super nice. Hoops are still my favourite.
