Oh wow. 🤩 This weekend was definitely a CORE memory and I’m still in shock. To my- TG’s YOU DID IT!! I’m always amazed by your resilience, hard work, genuine dedication and kindness to each other. All of these qualities were showcased on that floor this weekend and the amount of pride I have is indescribable. You guys are IT and I love you. 🏆Nationals Champions D1A Hip Hop and 3rd Place D1A Jazz. Thank you to the AMAZING hip hop choreographers @carsen.rowe @sammy__mcfadden . Carse and Sammy- You guys are brilliant. I say this every year but you always manage to out-do yourselves. I don’t say it enough but the love and support you always give the program is so special and appreciated.. Also a huge shoutout to @nathan.cherry and @geovanna.gb for sharing your knowledge with us and helping with choreo/consulting. Same to you @jahnny_michael @terileerowe @kelseymoffe - thank you for all of the behind the scenes work that you do. Consulting/costume/etc. We are so blessed to have you in our crew. Also thank you to @kristindaniel for our phenomenal jazz choreography. You definitely have a gift and we are so lucky to have snagged you. We’re new friends, but it seems like I’ve known you forever. You’re a special one. TG Alumni- thank you for supporting and giving back to the program. Next year makes 10 years for me and it’s so special to look around and see strong, independent, grown women who have worn LSU across their chests. I am so proud of the people you are becoming and it makes my heart so happy when you walk in the room. @mattie_ellen (Not pictured bc you are about to be a momma) but damn just want to say thank you and I love you. The amount of behind the scenes work that you put in is crazy and it’s not always fun. You keep us grounded and organized. We couldn’t have done this without you. (Director of Operations) And last but not least my girl @londyn_ashleyyy . We may have first crossed paths about 15 years ago, but I am so glad God brought us back together years later. It’s so fun to share these experiences with you and I love watching you grow as a coach and a human. Love you Lonny Lon 🤍 It takes a village, and mine is a strong one. Blessed 🥹

LSU Tiger Girls — y’all are it. You always have been. You always will be. ✨ I genuinely have so much to say about this nationals season—and at the same time, nothing to say at all, because it truly speaks for itself. Before I make a post about each routine (because they both deserve their own love), I want to pause and acknowledge these incredible humans. From the first beat of the music, it’s clear how talented they are, but what means the most to me are the people they are when no one is watching. The way they show up for one another, the way they make each other feel seen and celebrated, even on birthdays. The inside jokes that carry them through long days, the grace they give when mistakes are made, and the love they choose every single day. That love is the reason I do what I do. This program is special not because of titles or placements, but because of the people within it. I will always believe that the lessons learned, the memories made, and the bonds formed go far beyond any perfect performance. I’m so proud that even as the spotlight on this team and on college dance continues to grow, the heart of this program still shines just as brightly. @lsutigergirls — I am constantly in awe of you. Coaching you and being a small part of your college journey has been one of the greatest honors of my life. You deserve every bit of recognition and celebration because it’s all true ->you are exceptional, genuine, and so deeply deserving of the love and positivity that surrounds you. I knew you were special the moment we met when you were 10 years old, and watching you grow into the person and leader you are today has been one of the greatest joys of my career.
