What an unforgettable night!
Our 2026 Annual Gala was more than a celebration.
It was a clear reflection of what our community can do when we come together.
Together, we raised $3.5 million to strengthen Korean American communities nationwide. And there was even more to celebrate: this past year, KACF reached a historic milestone of $20 million in cumulative grantmaking since our founding in 2002.
This year, we were deeply inspired by our Honoree, Miyoung Lee

We’d also like to give a big thank you to Irene Jisun Sohn of
@hanulfamilyalliance , one of our grantee partners based in Greater Chicago, for sharing her story. Her passion for serving Korean American families and seniors is inspiring and a powerful reminder of why KACF’s support matters. Our dozens of grantee partners are on the ground every day in service of our community, working toward a future where economic security is within reach for all Korean Americans.
