Thought I’d start documenting places I’ve been give yal a little bit more index from my life lol SOOO.. I took these yesterday at the D&G exhibit. Honestly being here felt rich literally lol but also very inspiring. I do have to say my phone died mid gallery and I didn’t get pics of a lot of my favs 💔. BUT my fav written piece was about how corsets sculpt the body, more so in a way that it takes on the skeletal structure of the person. Making each one unique. Also want to note the sound effects and set design for each room made the experience, seriously. Loved it. Cadence Collective Issue 2: The Visual Langue Of the Scene This spread was apart of the article “The Visual Language of the Scene”. This particular part of the article goes into depth with the band easterlin & their visual style and what impact that has/ role it plays for the aesthetic of their band. So glad I got to be a photographer for this concept shoot! It was a lot of fun sitting in on easterlin’s band practice, getting the band lore through the interview process but also getting to know Ambar, David, Tommy, and D’Angelo behind the music scene. And I will say this was one of the coolest studios I’ve been too, major vibes. The card asks for you to look within and see what you really want rather than your conscious mind and intellect. I wanted to do a mini tarot zine, but I ended up dropping it to focus on an actual magazine with branding and a budget, so look forward to that! This account may be dead for a bit while I focus on creating the first issue. With the way this photoshoot turned out I’ll definitely try to get back out there! Last post of the new year! night shoot chronicles honestly my camera was being a lil retard, there was more pictures i liked but they didn't fit the collage vibe so this is the final product.
