I had two amazing days in the “Harness & Wall Dance” workshop led by the incredible @gigiaerea and @lucianocortesok at the @circensiastudio
Exploring movement from an entirely new perspective was such a powerful experience. Even with my background in circus techniques, this was something totally unique.
I learned so much—and most importantly, I had a blast!

Today I had the pleasure of leading a handstand and acrobatics workshop for beginners. Drawing from my background in both circus and dance, I developed a methodology that bridges these disciplines—offering students a deeper understanding of their bodies, awakening dormant muscles, and preparing them for the fundamentals of handstands and acrobatic movement.
