So noone told you life was gonna be this wayyyy ... 👏🏻👏🏼👏🏽👏🏾 I've been posting so infrequently on here (aside from stories... God I love stories) and I'm happy to say it's because I've been having so much dang fun in my REAL LIFE. For those who don't know, I run @sydneyvegansocial - a FB events group where people who are vegan (or on their way) can connect and do fun stuff together. • We're almost at 800 members after less than 5 months, and have had countless wonderful meet ups. I have made some genuine connections and friendships through this group, and I'm so grateful for that. It has also taught me a lot about myself - that I do, in fact, have an extraverted side, and that I'm damn good at organising things. Okay, I kind of knew that last one, but still. • If you're a plant person in Syd and wanna hang with like-minded folks, join the group and come along to an event, or at least show some love to the Insta and keep up with our adventures ☺️💚

Mile 042 - 🌲 - 07/09/19 - - - This thru-hiker was climbing a tree to retrieve some trash he saw hanging from it. Coincidently a hiker couple from the UK walked by at that exact moment. The wife said to her husband (pointing to the tree) “Look at the nut up in that tree.” To which he replied “Is it an acorn?” Overhearing this conversation the hiker climbed down from the tree and introduced himself to the couple for the very first time as Acorn.

I’m super late posting this but a couple weekends ago I got to go on a little deep water solo trip and it was awesome! Great friends, perfect weather (even got rained on a bit as we were pulling our kayaks out on the last day, but it was still amazing!), climbing, swimming, and overall just a really fun time!
