This happens to be around Mother Day but I wanted to post this anyway.
I’ve had a huge privilege to take my mom rock climbing over the past few years. She was even stoked to get her own climbing gym membership and find her own community. Pretty neat to be able to share such a hobby with your parent.
This trip we took my van to Yosemite for white water rafting (my first time, she’s done it quite a few). Class 4+ was a great intro. We also made the most out of our time in The Valley with climbing a multi pitch, hiking lots of elevation to some waterfalls, and more. Also such a treat to see Yosemite in such a state after the epic winter last year.
My moms awesome. I’d need a whole IG page dedicated to expressing it. So grateful for her.
