"that's not a canon, THIS is a cannon!". Made last year with @thehumanexpression , the 6 dancers were si nice that I wanted an infinite number of them.

This is an extract of Strangers in the Night, a show I made last year together with Linus Jansner and Carlo Massari. The show looks at themes of deception, manipulation and gaslighting and the effect that can have, mostly inspired by my own experiences and partly by the creative process iteself. There is also a questioning of the nature of reality and of performance, with elements of Freud's ideas about the Ego, Id and Superego. We will be touring the show in Italy this autumn, and hopefully beyond there in the future. Music @andreas.moulin Filmed @kilowattfestival

An exact from Strangers in the Night by Jos Baker, Linus Jansner and Carlo Massari. The show that investigates lies, manipulation, and gas-lighting; the way that they break down subjective reality and the impact that has. It is an autobiographical work which was also heavily influenced by Freud and Brecht. It explores the division of self and a questioning of performance itself.
