A highlight of my career and life would be this moment with my dear friend @fatsdominoofficial in my 1985 film ‘Walking to New Orleans’. Fats was the greatest, the kindest and the best ever. I love him, I miss him.
I can’t believe it, Swing Fever is number 1 in the UK @officialcharts . Thank you to everybody who’s bought or listened this record & thank you to everyone at @warnermusic who’s worked so hard on it. A big thank you to the one and only @sirrodstewart , I feel extremely fortunate and privileged to have been able to make a record with one of the greatest singers in the world. And the final and most important thank you, is to my Big Band. Who’ve worked tirelessly with me over the last 30 years and for me, the number 1 record celebrates that.
