Another one from the archives. @emily_east_to_west had a little sit down with the late Warren Storm and a few of his friends and invited me to capture it. I’d never met Warren before that moment and was immediately inspired by his youthful demeanor and playfulness. The way he lit up the room.
I cut a short edit of it seen here, but there’s another hour+ of footage from that afternoon that hasn’t seen the light of day. What should we do with it?

@walkwithamal passed through Lafayette some time back so I brought the kids downtown to see her. Happened to catch a moment between Amal and this man, arms outstretched for an embrace. Managed to not lose the kids in the process 😅

One of the things I love about this town is how absolutely stoopid the musicians are. Unless you’ve been sleeping under a rock, you know @ginovmusic@kentbeattymusic and @logantmusic by now. The entire clip is 5+ minutes but idk how to post more than 3 so if you want to hear @joshmenardmusic and @g.scott_music ‘s solos, you’ll need to get up off your couch 😜

I shot a series of portraits for @scottybrajj a while back and we had an idea for a composite. I hadn’t spent too much time in photoshop but this was a fun experiment.
A few of the murals we came across in Richmond. Pretty charming city. @adjohnston4 and I were treated to a most excellent time exploring with the Begnaud’s last fall. Had to include one of my all time favorite street photography captures taken by the outrageously talented @anita_begnaud (last frame: kids on bikes on bridge).

Five years of planning and pivots and praying finally saw us in Havasu hiking down to the Colorado River and back. Hands down one of the most magical places I’ve ever experienced. WELL WORTH THE WAIT. And 20 photos aren’t nearly enough to relay the beauty of this place 😭😭
Giving up something for Lent has become a time of year I look forward to. Breaking chains that bind and resetting the baseline. Social media always has a strong grip on me, so I’m bowing out for a while. I encourage you to look inward at the things that have the greatest control over you and put them in their place. You have the strength to do the hard thing, my friends. And we’re all doing it together ✌️😁
Another reminder that it’s not just the boys @crossfit_acadiana that are stronger than me. It’s the girls too 😆🏋️🏋️♀️💪🏼
