I’ve gone back and forth about whether to say anything publicly, but I don’t feel right moving forward without acknowledging it. Over the past year, I went through an existential crisis and blew up my life and marriage of 16 years. Even though I’m the one who made this happen, it wasn’t easy or flippant or without hesitation. A big part of this were my feelings for my long lost love, @lizziearneson . I know that may come as a surprise to some people, and I understand that not everyone will have the same perspective on how things unfolded. Please DM with questions as I want to share my thoughts with those who are curious. I’m not sharing this for approval—just to be open about where I am in life. I’m trying to move forward in a way that’s honest, thoughtful, and respectful to everyone involved. If you have Casey on your social media, I’m sure you’re aware of this already. I appreciate the people in my life who’ve given me space to figure things out, and I’m hopeful about what’s ahead. I have so many amazing experiences from the past year that I haven’t shared out of respect for all involved, but I want to live honestly and openly, so here it is.
