2026 marks the 30th anniversary of Andy Middlehurst winning the 1996 National Saloon Car Championship for the second time, in the Middlehurst Motorsport run ‘Group N’ R32 GT-R.
30 years on… Father and Son, Andy and Chris, will be competing together as a two driver pairing in the @motorracinglegends Historic Touring Car Challenge championship; in our newly acquired ‘AXIA’ livery Group A R32 GT-R built by @ricwoodmotorsport

Both of these legendary ‘Homologation Specials’ were built solely to dominate ‘Group A’ motorsport competition, producing one of the most iconic touring car racing rivalries in history, all over the globe. 🌍🏆🏁
Once battling head-to-head on race circuits… now quietly composed together in an abandoned 1970’s car park… 🏢
We have the pleasure of offering for sale two of the finest, unmodified, road examples from a defining era in touring car history:
◻️ 1994 Nissan Skyline R32 GT-R, finished in Crystal White (326), with only 28,000 miles from new - £59,995
◼️ 1987 Ford Sierra RS500 Cosworth, finished in Black (CGA), with only 54,000 miles from new – £149,995
Technical information 👇🏼
R32 GT-R – 2.6 litre twin turbo, in-line 6 cylinder engine, with adaptive four-wheel drive AND four-wheel steering... This was pioneering technology at launch, in 1989. 🚀📈
RS500 – 2.0 litre single turbo, in-line 4 cylinder engine with rear wheel drive… The hybrid Garrett T3/4 turbo is still, even to this day, the largest single turbo ever fitted to a production car. 🐌💨

Couldn’t wait to get this back out during the down time after Christmas. Considering it didn’t get a proper wash last year and only left the garage 3 times, it started on the first turn of the key 🔑 the list of stuff I want to do with it/to it continues to grow but after all I am only 15 years into ownership 😂
