Just over 3 weeks ago history was made. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank each and every one of you that came down for the ‘Slam City’ premiere. To hear all your kind words and praise was such a surreal feeling. To see your tears at the end of the documentary showed me that I had done my job correctly! This is something that 9 year old me only dreamed about and even to this day it still feels surreal. What an amazing run it’s been. Thank you to everyone who voiced us. Thank you to everyone who believed in us. And I promise this isn’t even the start! GITA 💚

Empowerment with movement 🎭
At the start of 2025 @dynamic.dance.cic had approached me about filming a short doc amidst their prep for an upcoming show at @millenium_gallery . What followed was a beautiful story showcasing the importance of a community. A community that empowers young people through the art of movement & music. It was a pleasure to witness the classes over a 4 month period and learn so much from the young people attending. Massive thank you to @chekere.ullanda it was an absolute pleasure.
