It’s a new year and I’ve just started a new job as the Venue Programmer at @stlukesglasgow
Have seen/played/promoted/worked so many amazing shows at this venue over the past 10 years and it’s a real treat to join the team to help shape the future of the programming at St Luke’s.

Lawyers, Guns and Money, our tribute to the songs of Warren Zevon is tomorrow night (Tuesday 20th) at @oranmorglasgow with @celtic_connections ! Last rehearsal yesterday and the BVs, Sax and additional guitar and keys joined us and it was sounding amazing!! Here’s a little taster... It’s taken me til today (and a couple of classic burnout days) to process Sing the Greys at @alberthallsstirling from Friday night.
Won’t waffle on too much but these songs and this band were (and are) so central to so many of our lives over the past 15-20 years. I feel very privileged that Weaver trusted me to assemble a band of brilliant people and oversee that side of things for such an amazing event in aid of @tinychanges and @actioninmindstirling
Thanks so much to all performers, band members, tech crew, venue staff and most of all @frabbits for these timeless songs. Love to everyone who joined us on the night, sang and danced along.

‘Celebrating the music and songwriting of Warren Zevon, a group of Scotland’s most in-demand musicians join forces to pay tribute to an American cult hero.
Expect to hear hits such as ‘Werewolves of London’, ‘Lawyers, Guns and Money’ and ‘Poor Poor Pitiful Me’ alongside other songs from his 1976 self-titled album and the classic 1978 album ‘Excitable Boy’, as well as deeper cuts from his 80s, 90s and 00s output, before his untimely death in 2003.’

The new @admiral_fallow album ‘First of the Birds’ is out today.
We’ve been a band for 18 years - that feels pretty mad. It’s a privilege to write, record and perform with these amazing musicians and people.

Great to be working on Glasgow Jazz Festival again, programming alongside the brilliant Jill Rodger. Mega buzzed to have booked the legendary @brian__jackson - his records with Gil Scott-Heron are absolute classics.
Also super excited about the return of @mammalhands - first time in Glasgow since 2017 - and @mattcarmichaelmusic whose album ‘Dancing With Embers’ is one of my favourites so far of 2025.
