Everything today began two years ago, when I first realized how much I didn‘t know. That realization opened myself to learning — to becoming a better version of myself. I started reflecting on how I’ve grown through those moments, and that’s how the concept of my “Growth Framework” was started — something I’ve genuinely used to get through the hardest parts of life.
It begins with Self-Acceptance — to accept what I wasn’t good at, so I could fully open up and learn. Then came Dedication — committing my time and energy into learning, practicing, and understanding what I was doing. And finally, Reflection — looking back on what I’ve done, in order to move forward with clarity.
But this Growth Framework isn’t something that always follows a strict 1 > 2 > 3 order. You can start at any point — wherever you are — and use it to pause, reflect, and move forward again. It’s a continuous circle of learning that helps me keep growing.
None of this would’ve taken shape without the people who believed in me — especially on the days I couldn’t even believe in myself.
Thank you Coach @yessyliaviolin , @shaunie.l , and @flowerdancefloor for helping me refine the messy thoughts inside my head into this presentation. We spent over two hours — sometimes a full day or even a week! — crafting a single sentence, just to make sure every word carries concept itself.
