My time volunteering at World of Coffee Jakarta 2025 has officially come to an end 😭
Extremely grateful to @specialtycoffeeassociation for the opportunity to work with coffee professionals from all around the world! I’ve learned so much from champions, staffs, and volunteer friends in this event.
I promise to spread the positive vibes received from this event and will see you again in World of Coffee Thailand 2026!

“กาแฟที่ดี แค่ผ่านน้ำก็อร่อย”
After the decision to delve myself into the world of coffee brewing, I have been extremely lucky in my journey to meet and work with tons of coffee people. This made me realize how supportive this community is and lit that inspirational fire in me to support, as well as contributing a small part to push Thai Specialty coffee to World Barista stage in the upcoming years.
Throughout this short journey, I am also super duper lucky to be able to taste lots of competition coffee from different brewers, stages, origins, processing, and etc. This gave me a new perspective about coffee and how it connects me to nature; teaching me the wonders nature has to offer and why we have to nurture them.
With that being said, I truly believe that competition-level or not, processors and growers whom adore their coffee plants/farms will always produce amazing results!
Thank you all my wonderful coffee friends and mentors for sharing these experiences 🥳

One of my favorite cups from recent trip to Japan! After a long train ride to Nagano, it felt like a good cup of coffee will lift my spirits.
Upon searching for a specialty coffee place in Nagano, this place came up and it was close to the hotel. Despite the snow, I decided to drop my bags and immediately head there.
I was greeted with sweet coffee aromatics and the cozy vibe, making me feel like the Kenyan beans here are gonna be great (just my gut feeling).
It turns out better than expected, so I gotta get some bags to brew at home.
This post is just a rant about how I miss @oddo.coffee_nagano and @triangle_aoki ‘s brew….nothing more, nothing less.

One of my childhood favorites, so I had to make an interpretation of how it might sound with an outro solo.
Had a lot of fun playing and LEARNING this solo again! Some mistakes, but that’s just how it is…..at least I know what I played now 😂🤣

End of 2025.
What a year!! It’s been a year of countless learnings in both coffee and person.
Challenges were thrown throughout the year, makes me think if somebody is testing my patience……but I made it out safe and sound. New found brewing ideas, inspirations, and disappointments; these are all essential for growth.
Thank you @bimbim_pt for believing in me, pushing me far beyond my boundaries and that made me realize my limitations. I cannot be more grateful for what you’ve done for me. ❤️❤️❤️
Team @jn_ for making me realize what it takes to grow into a better brewer/person. Without those lessons, I would’ve strayed to a different path.

Smooth and juicy as expected from a high quality Kenyan beans. The aftertaste is crisp and clean with high flavor clarity! Somehow it reminds me of some red tea-like experience with hints of floral to pair. Simply a great coffee to start your day with.

WHAT A YEAR for “Team Larb”!!!
Our whole year was filled with coffee competitions, both expected and unexpected. While we did not win all of them, but the journey we went through together was something truly special.
Our learning curve was steeper than before ever since we came back from world stage. Then we kept on grinding, further refining our recipe and thoughts.
This made me grow into a better person with a deeper understanding about how to be a better human being.
It’s amazing how a cup of coffee took me this far.
Thanks to everybody who gave me a chance to be a part of their team/journey and hopefully we will rock the stage once more!
