Pop over!! Agnes in Pasadena is chock full of modern comforts, and bright, seasonal flavors. Annnd cheesey deliciousness featuring @vnesst and @tommy_salame's favorite cheese makers, tucked into classic favorites like little treasures - such as the new tuna melt with Riojana cheese and green tomato - amping it into something a little extra special. There's an expanded lunch menu, with a newly built front patio for covered al fresco dining. And a huge Happy Hour menu from 2pm-5pm DAILY! Fried cheese curds and pickles! Skewers! A perfect burger. Tinned fish heaven, and obviously all the cheese.

A quick @bstaqueria appreciation post. Nostalgic menu pop-up @brokenspanishcomedor last night. Chorizo y Papas! Chicken chicharrones! Thanks @chefraygarcia for the indulgence. Dreaming of the bologna and clams and lardo tacos. And the campechana. And the churros. Delicious memories!!

Cocktails can be so hard to shoot. And NO ONE smashes the 'like' button for them. Not only are people seemingly drinking less (me included), they don't like liking photos of them either. Lol. But these are so pretty I couldn't pick just one of each, so you get three of each! Be the change, people!! Two new colorful gems on the @felixlosangeles cocktail menu from @h_terhune. First up is Verderita - a seasonal marg with tequila blanco, sugar snap peas, elderflower, lime, and salt. And the next one is called Tiki Trapanese with mezcal, apricot, orgeat, amaro, lime, and cucumber. And look who happened to be around for a quick cheese pull... @evanfunke! Oh, and the Tagliata di Manzo is BACK! Rib cap for you steak lovers out there.

Chef @de.au has quietly transitioned his Thai bbq chicken concept at Maydan Market into something the neighborhood would be more familiar with and could enjoy any day, every day. Chicken is still the star, using high quality birds for @goldenmountainchicken - with a really great fried chicken in his "golden" tamarind sauce or naked with lots of crispy shallots and garlic. Spicy fried rice and spicy pad Thai for the people! And a great crispy rice salad - my favorite (no photo sadly). Annnnnnd... a Khao Soi that is deeply rich and flavorful. There's a saucy fried chicken sando, too! West Adams is pretty central. A great area to meet in between.

Chefs @noree_pla & @fern_ktt7989 have added 20 new dishes to the @luv2eat.thaibistro menu! These are just a few. There's a revamped khao soi, a crab pad Thai, more noodle soups, three additional papaya salad renditions - including a Laotian one, a crispier pork jerky, a larger hat yai fried chicken set, shrimp "cigars", and more. I think y'all are gonna love these additions. And of course, always get the moo ping!
