Holy Basil has always been cooking THAI food through ( @de.au ) my lens ❤️‍🔥 the menus are deeply personal and reflect moments while living in Bangkok, Bangalore, West Hartford, New Hampshire and Los Angeles ❤️‍🔥 Many times Holy Basil has been question for its authenticity ❤️‍🔥 The choice of menus and the way it represents ❤️‍🔥 Risotto Green Curry or Tom Yum ❤️‍🔥 We created this dish knowing that many guest dunk rice into the curry so we did it for the guest with more control and consistency ❤️‍🔥 ( To be continue … on how we come up with our menu ) ❤️‍🔥 LARB DAY is the day we make menus that are more traditional but still represented in a fun way ❤️‍🔥 The menu could be describe as drinking food and great with wine ❤️‍🔥 It is also describe as Something that we miss eating or something that we wish we have the time to make or something we hope to have enough demand so we can make more often❤️‍🔥 Every Thursday LARB DAY
