Someone once said, “Your soul is more important than my cowardliness.” I felt that. The way God has been leading me to publicly repent for doing yoga is a hard one. First of all, when I made my, “I’m Not Drinking Anymore” video in 2023, that was way easier than this one. I guess because I knew all along, a sober mind is better, ✝️1 Peter 5:8 NIV. Now I gave up yoga that same year, however, I didn’t truly have a conviction until now to voice why. Also, seeing people close to me do it, I felt guilt, “Did I persuade them to do it?” Well if that’s the case, just know, I apologize. I pray you research for yourself why yoga isn’t good for ANYONE, even though I could have sworn it helped my sciatica (it didn’t). Believers and nonbelievers: know what you’re doing! Know the reasons behind what you’re doing. Don’t just listen to me, but in the era of the internet, there are people who were in the world of yoga coming out and saying what the poses mean and why your soul is intertwined with it. I pray whoever this was suppose to be for, HEARD. This book discusses Shiva (the first yogi), who passes down the teachings of yogi to his disciples. Okkkkkkk, y’all see how the devil can’t create his own, but has to copy? There’s more information out there. I’ve only given you the bare minimum.
