🩵☁️ Tips for Artist Alley sellers: 1. Make a catalogue before the convention! People will be able to discover your artwork for the first time, and prioritize visiting your table during their time at the con. Also have your table number and map clearly visible as well. Tag the convention, use their hashtags on the post and set the location to the event venue. 2. Put cheap items in front of you. People waiting during checkout at your table will be tempted to grab a cheap item that is in front of their view. Stickers, badges and mini prints are a good example of this. 3. Label items with character's names or numbers! Some people will be looking to buy for a friend or just like how the art looks. It will speed up the transaction process, which is also important, as having too many people in front of your table will put off potential customers. 4. Make what you love. Don't force yourself to follow trends that you don't like. Create a niche that you and your fans will enjoy. I wanna make more detailed content with tips/advice/my thoughts since I get a lot of messages asking, so clearly you guys want this haha.
