@ahouseisnotadisco is headed to Austin! Thank you to @sxsw , @claudasaur , @hartva , and @jimkolmar for your endless support.
so elated, grateful, and humbled that we get to share this film with the world in Austin this year.
It’s been such a labor of love and a true all hands on deck effort.
we couldn’t have done it without this amazing team: @smithespis who steered the ship with such reckless abandon and is having his directorial debut in competition. @besomething.me who gave us the keys to the castle and allowed us to meet so many wonderful people who are now life long friends. And of course @e_schleicher who never backs down from a challenge and shot the hell out of this thing.
To our amazing team: thank you thank you for a life changing experience.

hi, I’ve been really emo lately so this warrants a post!!
had to take a sec to recognize @38atthegarden , one of the most special projects I’ve worked on in my life.
This doc goes beyond a basketball story and paints such a vivid image of the Asian American hate crisis in a serious yet digestible and playful way.
If you haven’t seen the film yet, this is me asking you to to check it out asap.
Thanks to the fierce collaborators and 38 family who worked on this project with me.
