Today marks 31 birthdays, and I’m lucky enough to have been a part of the last four (and a random 23rd birthday years ago #berkshirebank), with this being our first one as husband and wife! • To the woman who continues to change my life in all the best ways, and gives me all the opportunities to grow as a person. Thank you for your love, your strength, your heart, and leading us from the front. Growing with you is one of the greatest gifts I could’ve ever received (and it’s not even my birthday) 😋 • I love you Amber ☀️

Well after 8 years as a state chair in NY it's time to pass the torch to the younger generation. Over my 8 years we saw NY climb to be in the top 5 in the country and then to the top 3 and have continued to hold onto that. 😎🤘 NY went from 15 meets a year to over 30 and in a bunch of new markets. We grew the referee pool from 30 to over 60 and still growing. There is still room to grow and I would love to see NY hit 2k members, that would really impress me. We've been very close!! It was time to hang up one of my hats and really focus all my energies on USAPL, IDFPA and BBPL! ❤️❤️ @jcranda2 and @jmklift will continue what Paulie and I have built over these last 8 years and propel it into the future. Don't worry New York I'm not going anywhere and I trust these 2 to get the job done no matter what. You're in good hands! 🤝 #usaplny #usapowerlifting #bbpl #powerlifting #newyork

2025 had one reoccurring theme for me - family. The older I grow, the smaller the circle becomes, but the warmer it gets. This year felt like a lot didn’t change on the outside looking in (marriage aside), but the experiences arguably had some of the most depth I’ve experienced thus far. ••• I saw my favorite band Coldplay for the first time in a decade. Amber and I had the privilege to share our home with our second family and their pups for almost three months and grew even closer (we love watching our goddaughter Yaya grow 🥹). I bowled in my first PBA affiliated tournament since college and had a blast. I turned 30 and jumped out of a fucking plane from 9,000 ft. with my best friends by my side. I got married to the love of my life and that celebration is something I (we) will cherish forever. I continued to take a ton of pics of my dogs who I would do anything for. I bought too many bowling balls. Ultimately though, I was lucky enough to continue to grow and nurture relationships that truly mean the world to me. ••• Successfully directed two PL meets, coached at five or so and reffed a few more, onboarded my 40th athlete I’ve coached in the last five years, had a lot of white monsters with Jan (pause), celebrated 10 years of BBPL, and have some exciting news to come regarding a new role in USAPL next year! ••• I may not have hit all my ‘resolutions’ this year (I got more out of shape and weaker smh), but am always looking forward to the future. Here’s to hatin’ in ‘26 ❣️

With 56 days to go until the big day, today marks our last ‘dating’ anniversary before we change the date to our wedding anniversary!! ••• Four years together feel like they’ve flown by, and in the best way imaginable, alongside you. For the second half of my 20s, I’ve gotten to know Amber much closer than 19yo me could’ve ever fathomed. A loving, talented, devoted, supportive, understanding partner that I will be blessed to call my wife in a few short weeks. ••• Thank you for making me a dog dad (and the fave ‘parent’), helping me work on becoming a better version of myself, struggling through homeownership together, and ultimately, being ok with the bald head. I’m glad I got to ring in 30s jumping out of a plane with you and seeing my all time favorite band. ••• I love you 🙂🩵

A few weeks ago I participated in my first PBA Regional since high school. The last go, I finished dead last out of 90 something bowlers, so my main goal was to finish anywhere higher than that, and thankfully, I did at 49th/56! ••• The pattern was the 2025 PBA Chameleon, had two hours of practice the night before, and eight games the day of. I ended up -106 for a 186 average. Started off really hot and things went downhill after game three. First time throwing a urethane ball (!Q 78/U) and was able to stay in it all tournament (albeit prly shouldn’t have lol). ••• Leagues this season were challenging/so much fun, getting to bowl with two of my long time high school homies and a new homie from last season. Sincere sponsored our team Tuesday nights at Uncle Sam’s, and I significantly increased my average in my Thursday night league at KPA from last season. First full season bowling two handed as well. ••• Two of the slides are the trackers I made in excel to track my average, games, series, and cash to reflect on for future seasons. Last slide is a pic of the current collection minus a couple stashed away (it’s become obsessive for me for sure lmao). ••• Huge shoutout to my man Andrew for taking the time to come help me prep the weekend before, and coaching me the day of the regional, he def helps me keep my mental game in check when shit hits the fan. Can’t wait for the next season! 🎳 ••• Additional shoutout to the wife for her never ending support @ambuh0224 and the dawgs @mitchie.joat @elizabethkraupner @jordyhare for their support of my addiction/comin to watch 😫💙 ••• #stormbowling #900global #pba

30 years old… 😟 ••• There’s so much I could say on how I feel about you, but if I had to use one word to describe you that truly stands out, “proud” comes to mind. 29 may have had plenty of challenges, but through it all, you found a reason to smile, to push forward, to advance in your career, and to continue to make me fall in love with you over and over again (and gave me a new fluffy puffball pooch). ••• This is a special year for us both, leaving our 20s and going into our 30s, getting married, traveling, and so much more. I count myself incredibly lucky that I’ve gotten to know such a wonderful woman and spent the second half of my 20s with you. Buying a house (and fixing it too many times), getting me my first (and second) dogs, planning a wedding, becoming godparents, growing our relationships, and growing together. There is no one I’d rather continue experiencing this crazy life with than you beeb. ••• Some good photos over the years 🙂, cheers to 30 my love. ❤️

2024 Meet Recap ••• I didn’t take enough photos with the people I love and hold near&dear to my heart. You might not be tagged and all that, but just know you had an impact. 69th post tho hehe haha ••• This was really was a tough year of loss and stress with a few different issues, but it just means (cliche I know) that things can only improve in the year to come. I got to see two best friends get married, my closest friends both have their first kids, friends build their dream homes, and so much more. ••• Plenty of great accomplishments in the gym that have been mentioned prior, but incredibly proud of what we continue to do with Sincere and in general with NY PL and how much better our meets get with every passing event. ••• Still didn’t get to hit my first two-handed perfect game quite yet (came close three times LMAO), but I’ve really enjoyed getting to bowl twice a week in league as much as I bitch about it sometimes. ••• 2025 New Years Rez: -Get married -Get [amber] pregnant -Host some banger PL meets -Take more pics with friends -Stay hatin’ ••• Cya

With my 2024 PL coaching season coming to a close, I gotta go 2/2 with posting my second annual reflection on the progress of my athletes under Sincere. • This year, I had 12 of my own athletes compete across seven meets (for a total of 19 individual outcomes), of which I was able to assist at five. Of those 19, eight athletes had a 100% success rate. Out of 165 attempts taken for the year, 146 were made for an ~88% success rate (an increase from last year) [One of these was just a qualifying meet where they took three attempts, but success rate remains unchanged]! Our largest handling responsibilities were Raw Nationals in September with 21 lifters across four days, and at our own STSC III, with six of my own athletes competing that weekend (23 in total across our collective roster, impossible without the team effort)! • Two outcomes were at the National level in Salt Lake City, Utah, Nelly in the female 82.5s, and Mike in the male 90s. The most notable takeaways were Nelly placing in top 10 at her first National level meet, and Mike being able to take home 1st as a Teen III as well as a top 5/podium finish in the open amongst the top of the class! • As for personal gym goals accomplished in 2024, I’ve evaded any serious back problems (aka cortisone), had a top five finish in the open at Nationals with an athlete, and directed my first solo meet this fall with (imo) great success. Could not have done it without the never-ending support from our teams/community (biggest shout outs to my wife to be, brother Sean, and daddy Jan). 2025 goals include boosting the roster stats, improving meet directing skills, qualifying more of my roster for higher level meets, and getting in shape for my wedding LMAO. • Although I may be finishing this year off with less athletes than last year, this was for sure another year of growth both personally, and as a coach. We’ve acquired two new fantastic coaches, @megabeef & @jogknee , and our Sincere community continues to thrive. Looking forward to starting the next season with a bang at the 2025 New York State Champs! Here’s to continued success. • #GM 🐏🧑🏻‍🦲 @usapowerlifting @sincere.pl @usapowerliftingny
