We are excited to announce that the Empire State Fit Expo will be back for 2027.
🗓️ - May 1 - 2, 2027
📍 - Albany Cap Center
Next year we'll have CrossFit, Strongman, USA Powerlifting, USPA and Hyrox.
We are still looking to fill some other sports space so there will be a few more announcements.
We are going to double our vendor list for next year as well because of the extra space we'll have.
We are really look forward to 2027!! 💪💪

This prep was the true definition of consistency > motivation in so many ways.
My mental health was in decline. It was difficult going from one prep right into the next. Making it to the gym was a battle in itself with the winter snow storms causing even 24hr gyms to close and transportation impossible. I was so hard on myself if I missed days and even spent extra time in the gym sitting with my mentally exhaust… but GOD! I prayed through the storm. My faith in Him never wavered for my strength is not my own, it belongs to our Heavenly Father. Let every victory be a testimony.

This one was for the record books. Not the biggest meet we have ran but running it inside of our newly created fitness expo was surely an experience.
There are far too many people to thank, but I want to mention the following: our USA Powerlifting referee pool is unmatched. Thank you to every single one of you who helped in any way to make this event a success. @methodspottingloading for providing some good highlight and for keeping our athletes safe. @barbellproductions for giving us a great livestream for those viewers not able to attend. @aura.disc.jockey for keeping the energy up for 2 days and countless hours. @kevindru_photos and team for capturing media that I know the athletes will cherish. @thestrongdietitian & @mitchie.joat for most likely not having a voice on Monday but more importantly keeping our crowd engaged! @cdaurio10@charangel08 for assembling our volunteers and manning our booth.
