Pt. 1 of a super life giving personal project
This one felt amazing. Really leaning into creating a piece that was 100% me. I’d purely just thought about what I wanted to d create instead of trying to envision something that someone else might like to see.
I’m super stoked to approach a few more upcoming projects like this and see how they turn out!
Chasing vibes and crushing it with the one and only @gordonclark Shooting this project was an absolute blast, pure wind blown, escaping crashing waves and a whole lot of creativity. Gordon, you’re a legend! So proud of how this turned out.

I had a fun time cooking up this little personal project. Super moody and just leaning into the vibe of the whole thing. Experimenting a ton with video and trying to stretch myself creatively into a new realm. There’s a ton to learn but it was a good time

Dipping my toes into filming for the first time and it’s a wild mix of “this is the coolest thing ever” and “what the world am I doing?!”
First edit, first attempt at making something that actually feels like it has substance… mostly just yeeting spaghetti at the wall and praying something sticks. Trying to make folks feel a way, and to share running in a different way
Massive thanks to my absolute homie @alexmjayne for running around in 30-degree weather like a champ just so I could get the shots, and to my wonderful girlfriend @alyssarose_l for making everything that much easier
@jimmyelam crossing the finish line and taking 1st at @themammoth200 . Jimmy put on a clinic for the inaugural race of The Mammoth. Run it back next year!!!
I was able to capture a few of @woah_max ripping by, and crossing the finish line at the inaugural @themammoth200 . The dude was flying, he absolutely crushed it

Watching Matt out there was unreal. His effort, his mindset, the quiet grind between aid stations was so inspiring. Chasing someone through the Sierra for 200 miles might not be everyone’s idea of fun, but as an aspiring trail runner, it was something super special to capture.
This is just a small glimpse of what’s to come, but I had to share a few frames from an unforgettable few days.
@shapirothehero thanks for letting @alyssarose_l and me be part of it. And @dougydo & @shellyredtail it was a blast meeting you guys, and thanks for letting us chase your dude around the mountains for a couple days with you 😆
(Also, he ran the whole race in 1 pair of @mounttocoast H1’s, so insane!)
