It’s so heartbreaking to see so much suffering and pointless killing in the world so many mothers mourning the loss of their children and so many children mourning the loss of their mothers.
Imagine a world led by mothers, we would all be safe.

Wow, I can’t believe how quickly my birthday came around this year. It’s been a mostly great year, especially with the arrival of our granddaughter, Niya—the gift that keeps on giving.

I’ve had a week of celebrations with both old and new friends, another wonderful gift that keeps on giving.

Sadly, the world is still a mess, but I’ve learned to choose my battles. I’ve limited my doom-scrolling and focused on doing what I can, while surrounding myself with people who share my belief in humanity.

Stranieri Ovunque (Foreigners Everywhere). The theme is a focus on artists who have moved between the Global South and the Global North, and includes artists who are immigrants, expatriates, refugees, or exiled. The theme has a dual meaning.

My life is the result of all the doors I have walked through, and I feel the time is right to move into this new space.
So after much deliberation I have decided to give up being a nutritional therapist and hypnotherapist and become a full time artist.
I am forever grateful to all my clients who have trusted me with their health and wellbeing.
Thank you to all who have encouraged me to walk through this new door, it has been a very exciting 11 months and there’s so much more happening next year including exhibiting at the Affordable Art Fair in March.
