Who you say I am: The Gathering
To those who have not stepped foot in church ever or in a while, felt interested towards faith but never followed through or that you could never be part the Christian faith due to whatever reason hi.
To those who claim Christ, but also the issues which come with this walk, the meaning of dying to self and being a new creation, the uplifting praise and the wrestle which is part of the package also hi
Who you say I am is my latest body of work which I’ll be posting in full very soon, I promise. This has been over a year in the making, constant hours in a darkroom and trekking across London with my bag full of equipment and stands !
What do you know of the Christian faith and where from? What have your representations of the faith done to your relationship towards it ? I know there’s prominence of many who have been left with a feeling of disdain and hurt from this faith which I never wanted this project to shy away from but we will get into that soon!
For now please enjoy this video I made complimentary to the photographic part of the work. Welcome to a glimpse of fellowship. To see your friends lay out there lives at the alter of the father who loves dearly, to pick them up in prayer and cover them with intercession this is the true meaning of being a believer. Some people here may not know each other coming into this gathering yet are united by his grace.
Excited to be exhibiting this video and parts of the photo side of things on the 12th-22nd May come through if you can !
And last but not least! Thank you kindly for my wonderful brother
