I have been using Myzone MZ-3 for a few years now — and I can proudly say, I’m a Rockstar 🤩😎
In 2023, I was diagnosed with a chronic illness and told I might never run again. I was advised to stop high-intensity training, and my first thought was: how will I hit my 1300 MEPs each month? 😂
As someone who manages depression/anxiety without medication, movement isn’t just about fitness — it’s therapy to me. So I adapted. Slowly, I had to build myself back up. Today, I’m stronger, I’m still hitting my Myzone goals, and more motivated than ever.
Myzone has been more than a HR monitor/fitness tracker — it’s been a motivator, a connector, and a reminder of what I’m capable of. The Myzone community really is something special 💚💛🧡
Whenever I am in a Myzone equipped gym - seeing my performance on a screen pushes me to give that little bit more each time, go above my personal effort (maybe I’m a tiny bit competitive too 😜).
Now I’m happy, healthy, and still hitting goals. Chronic illness or not — I’ll always find a way to move.
