MCR run club 🙌
Last weekend myself, and the @_milepie boys hosted a steady city centre 5KM, finishing up with beers, butties and a boogie in @badabingsandwichdeli@goodrays providing the post run recovery essentials as always.

We did Bowfell via the Band & Climbers traverse which is about a 10km out and back with a small loop at the summit, with an elevation gain of around 900m. The traverse shouldn’t be attempted in bad weather if inexperienced as it has some exposure and the rock can be very slippy!!

Think I’ve got MARANOIA 😅
First marathon in 2 days and my mind is doing the most.
Did I train enough? Can my body really handle 26 miles? What if I let people down, the ones I’m running for, the ones who supported and donated?
Yeah it’s a lot in my head at the moment.
But I know I’m not the only one feeling this.
If you’re running the @londonmarathon and your feeling anything like me this is your reminder the work is DONE.
We didn’t come this far to doubt ourselves now. We show up. We give everything. We enjoy the day. We finish.
