This week marks a huge milestone in our Brockwell Park journey. 8 years since we set up camp in South London, and every year we work to improve the incredible grounds we occupy.
Despite obtaining full planning permission this year, a small group of residents forced us into further court hearings wasting hundreds of thousands of pounds that we could have been spending on long term improvements to the Park that will benefit locals and wildlife, all year around.
Our @brockwell_live team have gone above and beyond this year making great sustainability initiatives that will leave the park in a better condition, year after year.
I genuinely hope the group of people who make up Protect Brockwell Park realise the vast amount of money they are now costing the council and the tax payer. Brockwell Park has a rich history of hosting large scale, live music events, including Euro & London Pride marches back in the early 90’s. And long may that continue.
Thank you to everyone who emailed the council with your words of support, they meant so much. See you in the park! 🌳

The small army of people involved in @transmissionlive last night was just incredible. Everyone working on the slimmest of budgets and pulling in favours from every supplier we know in order to deliver a show of that level, for a £40 ticket. You really won’t see that anywhere else. But the MVPs on the night were @jess_webb.events@juliaourkidbrother@dominiqueskolosdra and their teams for keeping everyone safe and somehow everything thing on track. 👏
Too many people to mention but a very special shout out to my box office team for keeping me sane for the first few hours 🫠 Bravo all. Trans Mission, out. ❤️

What a ride life is! Having a show in Australia is something we had spoken about for YEARS so when the opportunity came along we just had to jump at it. And we’re very very happy we did. @mightyhoopla_sydney was so much that we hoped it would be 💙
Golden sand and crashing waves are not your typical festival backdrop and we are still so honoured that we got to bring a little of what we do to one of the most iconic beaches in the world 🏖️
