Some images I did for @bigmediumsmall_ 's new asset pack Grand Bazaar.
Oh boy. It took a while to put this pack together.
But once again the team at @bigmediumsmall_ did such a fantastic job.
All the images above a pretty much raw renders from Unreal Engine 5.
I had so much fun playing with these assets and cant wait to built something even bigger)
Btw this pack and all others packs are 40% off.

Haven't posted in a while.
It has been a very busy year.
The industry was down but I had an amazing time working with the fantastic team at @bigmediumsmall_
And ...
doing my daily studies.
Here is a little collection of some of the studies I've made throughout the year. All done in 3Dcoat.
Slowly refining my sculpting style.
Still a long way to go, but it is amazing what patience and consistency can lead to.
There have been days I felt I can't sculpt at all, but I kept going.
Keep on going in the new year!
Wish you all the best!)

Hey everyone
I’ll be running another term of my Unreal Engine course for artists.
This workflow was battle-tested on Port Borgo for Skeleton Crew (under art direction by @doug_chiang ).
Being able to handle gigantic sets without constantly worrying about performance meant I could shift my focus back where it belongs:
storytelling, composition, mood, and design decisions.
Another big plus is that the same sets can move straight into virtual production,
If you’re curious about bringing Unreal into your workflow in a practical, grounded way - this one’s for you.

Hey guys,
I’m bringing my concept art courses back to MDP School.
Last time I taught was in 2023. Much has changed since then: the industry, workflows, and expectations. But honestly, the core things that make good concept art haven’t changed at all.
This course isn’t only about tools or trends. I’ve seen new tools come in and completely change workflows many times throughout my career, but the fundamentals and how you think haven’t changed.
We’ll focus on:
– ideation
– research and references
– cinematography and framing
– strong design and storytelling fundamentals
Basically, how to design things that actually make sense and feel intentional, not just nice images, but solid ideas behind them.
I’ll touch on modern workflows where it makes sense, but the main focus is fundamentals and decision-making. Stuff that stays useful no matter how things shift.
Courses are available on en.mdp.school

Some 3D prints I printed this year.
Really impressive how much filament printers have improved since I got into 3D printing over a decade ago.
So many ideas to explore.
More to come.
Refining some of my older sculpts to make them print ready.
A subtle clay details were coming from a clay shader I created a while ago.
But i was able to bake it into the sculpture.
I'll be at @lightboxexpo attending The Art of Star Wars panel alongside with ultra talented colleagues @andreewallin and @benjamin_last .
Come and see us there
