#worldphotographyday was yesterday and I'm late to the party 🎉 cheers to celebrating the craft! Good lighting, compositions, textures, and company! Brings me so much joy to photograph meaningful moments on this Earth, no matter the camera in hand!! Here are 20 favorites of mine from over the years. The first image in here was pretty much the moment I knew I wanted to be a photographer... the rest, I personally selected. 📸🙏
So very lucky to be here doing what I love! Here are some favorite frames that didn't make the cut onto my lengthily story this morning... this day of weather was a mixed bag and I felt like I was constantly adjusting my camera settings to adapt to the changes in light. It's been amazing getting to know some of the freeride community of South America 🫶 if you know the @'s of these riders comment and tag them. Thanks @beatrizschneiders for the company and photos! 🙌 #thisisfreeride #estoesfreeride #sonyalpha #athomeinthemountains
We are overwhelmed with the amount of support our little Bridger Bowl community showed us last Saturday. What an unbelievably incredible group of people the ski community creates when we all have a special little place to meet and connect after all the great and not so great turns made on the mountain.
Because of you all, we get to continue into the next era of aprés at The Griz….with maybe a bit more light in the room and better views from the deck. 😎
We look forward to welcoming you into our new space come December and hope you all have a wonderful summer. Thank you for all the amazing years of beers, smiles and hot cocoa shared over ski stories and community.
Not a goodbye but a see you soon! Stay tuned with updates throughout the summer.
Farewell basement! We love you!!
Shred in peace, Stratton 💛 🕯️
Bagging Cassie's won't be the same without you. Your infectious enthusiasm and guidance will live on in all of us who were lucky enough to know you. I'll cherish the memories of your practical tips, like saving space in my pack with crushed snack bags. I'll never forget the times we had and I'm how you helped carry my telephoto lens and tripod up the mountain numerous times. I'm filled with both grief and gratitude and will miss your energy and support. My heart goes out to everyone who loves you.
Truly one of a kind. We'll keep the fire burning and carry on a mantra that stuck with me on our last trip on the North Sister – "Here for a boot stompin' knee slappin' hoot of a time"
Dawn patrol in Cassandraland on a splendid program waking up in a @hyperlite_mountain_gear tent, downing some coffee, "stomping the yard" in our freezing boots, drooling over sunrises and chasing some magnificent lines with the ever so necessary @folkrm.mtn poles and good buddies @cascadeconnections@yungmoptop
Feeling especially grateful and inspired to share time in the mountains with so many genuine people lately. Excited to share more soon!

Short but steep wind buff cave portal line with @cascadeconnections@yungmoptop the other day. So grateful to be exploring these unique areas in the wilderness.
