It’s not a race. Unless... coffee ☕️
Episode 3 of One Club at a Time features @almostfridayrunclub – a banter-filled crew that meets up every almost Friday (Thursday).
Come run with us to hear about “regular miles”, how they beautifully honor their co-founder Sam Norton, and the Blackstone Invitational.
In NYC? AFRC meets every Thursday morning at 7am on the west side. 🔗 in bio to join the Club on Strava! Check out their other city club’s too 👇

20km through Paris - done! Still can't believe we just ran through these streets. The energy, the crew, crossing that finish line... this is what it's all about 🥹🇫🇷

First major race ✅
In 2020, I impulsively entered the NYC Half Marathon lottery and managed to secure a spot. It was through training for that race that I fell in love with the sport of running.
Though that year’s race was ultimately canceled, I’ve since had the opportunity to participate in a handful of small-scale races.
Believe it or not, yesterday’s NYC Half marks my first major race. Sprinting toward the finish, I couldn’t help but reflect on how grateful I was to have won that lottery three years ago.
