As a studio, our focus is usually outward: dedicated to our clients and collaborators. Building brands, developing websites, and bringing those ideas into the world. In the meantime, we made it our intention over the last 6 months to turn that same focus, dedication and attention inward. After a long period of hard work: we have a brand new studio site, and it’s now live. We’ve brought together a curated archive of work from 2022–2026. Our new site encompasses our full range of capabilities, and we’ve also built a full index of our work organised by discipline, making it easier to explore the full range of projects. Thank you to our clients, collaborators, and friends for supporting the studio over the last year. We invite you to have a browse. For new projects and collaborations, get in touch: [email protected]

FREEHOLD: On Refuge - Available on website in Bio - Featuring: @lucyjorgeorta @somegalart @yiling_zhao_ @j_self @theabelton @alihaddddd @hansulrichobrist @stellaindiasmt @juni.ham @fotohanedarkroom @nourkamie @starlesslucy @imariatz @_finngibson_ @ebert_ego @limboaccra @phoenixyemoja @asilinura @abdoumaliqsimone @5bucksvenmo @ralphnasrallah @dropsypenelope @karmmaacoma @billy.emery @maluhalasa @ted_dee__ As you open our first edition and begin to explore the contours of what refuge might mean, you will encounter a methodology that both exceeds and remains rooted in the idea of refuge itself. This multilogue offers insights into the political, cultural, aesthetic, physical, and infrastructural dimensions through which refuge is understood. In doing so, it instigates a dialogue with the contemporary moment-through acts of historicization and gestures toward futurity. This edition emerges not from a fixed method, but as a collection of fragments that seek to activate social curiosity and, by extension, help lay the groundwork for a more desirable material future: one which recognises the necessity of the many forms of refuge.

Monobloc documents a site-specific installation by Scottish performance artist Zander McKenzie in collaboration with Harry Boulton and Callum Harrison. Over the course of a week in March 2025, the work was staged across four major UK cities - Glasgow, Belfast, Manchester and London - in which the front door of a home was replaced with a clear cast acrylic structure (Perspex), transforming a private threshold into a public frame. In this altered threshold, Mckenzie spent over 32 cumulative hours methodically dismantling and reassembling an MG F K Series 1.8 litre car engine, from memory. Through this quiet, durational act, Monobloc interrogates and exposes how capitalist frameworks of labour shape space, privacy and our relationship with the built environment. Published by The Burrow Edition of 150 Callum Harrison, Harry Boulton, Zander Mckenzie, Arthur Channon, Zac Peskin, Toby Upson, Tara McGinn, Maeve Thompson, Thomas King and Jack Eden.

@referencepoint180 is a library, bookshop, bar and so much more. We worked closely with the team to create a website that translates the physical space into a digital environment.

Vol. 4: The Built Environment Roughly 6 hours. 8 Albums. Reflecting the built environment, like a glistening facade. Intended to be shuffled, piece together your own narrative from the randomness. Intended for listening on public transport, walking or driving through the city. Do not listen at home unless you have a window that you can look out at the city from. Curated by: @jack____eden
