After a tough start I managed to find my flow and got back into the groove. Ready to up my training to see if I can better myself ๐

A weekend back racing! Was going great until it wasnโtโฆ
Last weekend I chucked myself into the deep end and wildcarded the FXR Championship racing at Norley MX. With layout changes and over watering, this created a tricky track to race. I felt mega on the Yam! Had two great starts with great racing, no crashes and a few good battles! Then came Race 3โฆ had another good jump on the gate but getting taken out on turn one wasnโt part of the plan ๐คฆ๐ฝโโ๏ธ I had a nasty fall, smacking my head on another bike, denting my exhaust and bending my bars. Adrenaline kicked in, I picked up the bike and played catchup. That worked untill I got cross rutted and the bike spat me off while riding uphill. All my efforts were put into getting the bike back up and setting back off (short girl, steep hill ๐คฆ๐ฝโโ๏ธ) DNF.
Regardless of the racing it was great to have the motorhome out, camping round the fire with friends and family ๐ค it was so lovely having my cousins there supporting me every step of the way! Canโt wait to see Elennii out on her bike soon ๐ฅน๐ซถ๐ฝ

Easter Weekend spent riding bikes and shooting guns!

This weekend we were at Monmouth shooting the second qualifier of the year! Brilliant COF with very tricky winds making it a challenge match. And to add to the challenge we had some rifle technicals too ๐ฅด
I racked up the points and managed to grab 2nd in the Ladies and 9th Overall โบ๏ธ

This weekend we were at West Midland Shooting Ground for the first round of the Precision Rifle Rimfire Series. The weather was perfect and the course of fire was great but, you know when they say bad luck comes in threes? My bad luck got to three then just kept on coming ๐คช

Enjoying these mid-week motos but training certainly has their ups and downs ๐จ
Spent most of last week on the floor but this week we found some balance, kept the bike upright and got some solid laps in; playing with the new bikes set up.
Excited to get back racing, but gutted that Iโll be missing the first round of the season due to other commitments ๐ฉ๐ญ
It only means I need to get as much practice as possible until Iโm back behind that gate again!
