For the last several years, @firstjourneytrails and the IYMBP have been invited by @van.clifton and the Economic Development Department of the Heiltsuk First Nation to train their trail crew. The Nation had built several kilometres of world class trails and their seeing the benefits of their people getting outdoors and reconnecting the land. This year, we partnered with @indigenoustourismbc to host advanced tourism and trail workshops. ITBC was so inspired by the project they hired @duqvla.media to create a short and beautiful film. This talented and hardworking rider from the Tla’amin Nation has been giving it his all on the trails and inspiring those around him. He’s kind, caring, and a true role model for younger riders. 🙌 His dream?
