Llera del Turia by @ius____ is the second track of this project. IUS is an Italian DJ and producer of African heritage, founder of the Venice-based project Opificio. Residing in the Venetian lagoon, IUS’s musical vision, initially shaped by diverse cultural inputs, has since transitioned toward the pervasive presence of nature and the ancestral. His exploration of techno sub-genres, driven by rhythm, repetition, and natural variations, forms the core of his artistic journey, resulting in a deeply meditative experience. 🌊 About the track: IUS’s track takes inspiration from Valencia’s original riverbed—now a lush green corridor that runs north to south, offering a continuous walkway through the city. La “Llera del Turia” refers to the original site of the Turia River, which was diverted outside the city as part of one of the most ambitious urban redevelopment projects in a modern European city. The composition aims to create a listening experience that evokes a sense of movement, achieved through the layering of sonic elements and the progressive intensification of their presence. The first various artist curated by ATME that revolves around the theme of water and floods, connects to the concept of the series “The Eighth Climate” but this time with a focus on the territorial and consequently social mutation that floods or major climatic events enact, in a planetary scenario that is constantly changing due to the contemporary climate crisis, while remaining in line with ATME’s label manifesto, where ATME represents the act of breathing, and through it, welcoming within oneself the outside-unknown, as an act of contaminating and being contaminated, cross-pollination, transdisciplinarity. Into the process #4 Over the past few intense months, we managed to bring together two distinct communication acts. Navigating through daily challenges, bottlenecks and some bigger personal life achievements, our collaboration resulted in two graphic identity variations, translated into posters, flyers, and online media. Drawing from a collection of photographs taken during the setup of past temporary physical and light installations—courtesy of @giulialaudd , @sebastianogorgosalice , and Maria Sole Dentis—we added two new pieces to the visual archive shaping the identity of the 2024/25 @opificionet season at @argo16_venezia one piece awaits to close the circle 🌀.

Into the Process #3 The whole is more than the sum of the parts. Incredibly proud of this piece, marking another step in a process that has evolved over time—shaped by friendship, collaboration, and a continuous dialogue with the public. Blending two signature past photographs by @namarupa__ , a synthesized space emerges, seamlessly framed within the @opificionet layout across the poster and flyers. Executed and curated by @gz.grafik & @ius____ Printed in risograph at @no_stress_press New communication coming soon for March 4.

Into the process #2 Behind every act is a collective will. Last artwork, again, came together as a union of different perspectives. Building over the @opificionet 2024/2025 season layout signed by @gz.grafik and @ius____ , a multilayer risograph print by GZ rebuilds the photography of @giulialaudd , which captured a glimpse of a club night in late 2023. In her act, Giulia sought to paint with light through long-exposure, capturing the inventive, playful and unpredictable interplay of light that defines @spaik____ approach to light design. For the second instance of this process, we continue to layer the past into the present by building over foundations laid down over the years, pursuing a circular approach that resonates with the collective’s multifaceted perspective. Excited to build new creative combinations in the coming months.
