Honored to help facilitate and coordinate a meaningful cultural moment in San Antonio as history was made with @digitalundergroundofficial being recognized by the state of Texas alongside @repjoseygarcia outside the @saaacamtx San Antonio African American Community Archive and Museum at the historic Kress Building.
As one of the most influential and innovative groups in hip-hop history, Digital Underground helped shape the sound, creativity, and culture of an entire era, leaving a lasting impact on generations of artists and fans worldwide. The recognition also paid tribute to members of the group and extended family who are no longer with us, including Tupac Shakur, the late Shock G, and Cleetis, whose contributions and legacy continue to live on through music and culture.

Over the past few months I’ve been working with @saaacamtx San Antonio African American Community Archive and Museum at the Witte Museum to develop The Keith George Collection, a curated family archive highlighting historically significant lineage, documented contributions, and legacy that will live on within their museum opening in 2028.
Donated my first plaque to the collection as part of the process.
Along with my family’s history, the collection will also include select pieces from my own career as part of that documented legacy.
Bigger than music.
Set to become the 3rd largest African American museum in the country, located across the street from the The Alamo.
