Artwork for BIG UPS 10 year anniversary of Eighteen Hours of Static.
“Too much information. Too much stimulation” - TMI
Over a decade ago @wearebigups released their full length album “Eighteen Hours of Static”. I have had the pleasure of making work for them since the bands conception and felt honored to be asked to make a piece in celebration of the album that pushed them into the spotlight.
When I heard they were releasing a remix album of Eighteen Hours of Static, I thought it would be fitting to remix the beautiful original cover art, painted by @redwoodindustrial . @lord_jerg asked if the design could take inspiration the song TMI, a popular song from the album.
Limited cassette pressings of the remix album can be purchased through the band. Along side shirts, hoodies, and tote bags of this design.
